    If a borrower fails to repay a loan in full, his or her legal representative may draw up a plan. This plan will be accepted by the lender and the borrower's legal representative. The legal document drawn up by the borrower's legal representative will be registered with the court. This registration will be used in Russia as proof that the loan was paid off completely and also provides legal protection to the borrower's representative if the lender uses any force against him or her.
